Used items not returnable... If you receive damaged products or we ship you the wrong item, the restocking charge is not required. Factory second grills carry " ALL SALES ARE FINAL" no returns are allowed unless it is received freight damaged. Copper and all custom grills are not returnable and "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" Shipping UPS ground shipping carries a minimum shipping fee of $10.00 ALL AIR SHIPPING (next day, second day or 3 days) are additional, over the cost of ground service. Any returns where air shipping was requested, will not be refunded upon return of merchandise.
